After completing the registration procedure, a student must pay tuition fees either electronically through or in a ÃÈÃÃÊÓƵ Business Office located at ÃÈÃÃÊÓƵ Cherokee, the East Broad Campus and the Ayers Campus.
Payment is due at the time of registration. The drop for nonpayment is published in the academic calendar; classes will be canceled if the student has a balance. A student is not officially registered until tuition and fees are paid or assumed by financial assistance.
GSCC accepts the following types of payment at the One Stop Center on the East Broad Campus and the One Stop Center on the Ayers Campus: cash, checks drawn on domestic banks in U.S. dollars only, money orders, traveler’s checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. ÃÈÃÃÊÓƵ Cherokee only accepts checks or money orders.
MyGadsdenState is available at all times to accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards and can also provide the student with a current account balance. Checks must have the student's I.D. number or GSCC personnel will write the student's I.D. number on the check. Students who prefer not to have their I.D. number on the check may pay tuition fees by cashier's check, money order or cash, except for "mail-in" or "drop-in" payments. Students in default of any indebtedness to the College will not be allowed to register, graduate, receive transcripts or transfer GSCC credits.
